In the interest of staying in touch with our awesome F.I.T.ness community, I thought what better vehicle than starting a monthly newsletter to share mutual interests and helpful tips.


Here I hope you'll find a little inspiration, a lot of encouragement, and the motivation to share some resources of your own that you'd like to see included in future newsletters. As always, I welcome your feedback and input.

Be willing to try a new style of training, whether it’s Pilates or Spin or Zoom online workouts, and give the exercise class 3 chances within a 7 day period. After trying 3, you will be hooked! You will know more of what to expect, and feel more confident in the workout. ⁣⁣⁣


 
 

C|NET recently published a helpful article entitled "The 3 best types of exercise to lose weight in 2021, according to trainers". You'll find their key recommended exercises you should add to your workout routine to lose inches, and interestingly, all three are included in F.I.T.'s 60-minute online group training classes.

Proper form is a must to protect yourself from injury and to maximize results. 🙌⁣ I always make coaching form throughout my online group training classes a priority! 😉💁🏻‍♀️

By default, Zoom switches between speakers in online meetings. If you'd like the video not to flip around when others are talking, you can "pin" the host video. Learn more here.

Q: How many times a week should I do your H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) online group training classes?


For maximum results, three days a week is ideal. If your schedule ever keeps you from meeting the 3-day goal, we have an online video library of all of our classes, available to unlimited monthly members, so you never have to miss a workout. Remember, these Zoom online workouts are suitable for all levels.
